The details! We know traveling can be a little hectic at times. So to get the basics out of the way, we've answered our guests' most frequently asked questions below. If you don't find it here please send us an email at info@playafiesta.com and we will get right back to you.
BEACHES
Hotel Playa Fiesta has a full sand beach in front of the hotel, just a few steps away from the pool area. Other nearby beaches are Conchas Chinas Beach, a few minutes down the road, and Los Muertos Beach in the Romantic Zone, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
ROOM AMENITIES
Each room has a personal air conditioning unit, one overhead fan, small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, & body lotion, soap, a mini fridge, a smart TV, safe, iron & ironing board and a hair dryer.
BREAKFAST & BAR PACKS
During open bar hours, The Breakfast & Open Bar Packs include beer, mixed drinks from National brands and specialty drinks like margaritas, piña coladas & mojitos. Breakfast is usually served from 8am to 10am.
ADDITIONAL ROOM GUESTS
In almost all suites there are two built-in couches that can made up with a twin mattress and bedding for additional room guests. Standard rooms do not have couches. Please contact info.playafiesta@gmail.com in case you have questions about additional guests in a room, including children.
WATER & ICE
Bottled water is included in the open bar during operating hours. The water used for kitchen prep is filtered and the ice used at the bar is purified.
ELECTRICAL OUTLETS
Mexico has the same electrical outlets as the United States and Canada. No adapters are needed.
WELLNESS
WIFI
Included with your room is free wireless connection. It's accessible throughout the hotel, pool area and rooms.
We do not have a gym onsite however the hotel two doors down to us allows our guests to use their gym at no cost. All group packages include a discounted massage day. Group yoga, IV hydration drips, manicure & pedicure and facials can also be arranged.
TRAVEL INFORMATION
You now must have you passport when coming into Mexico from all countries.
For money exchange the best rates can either be found before coming or by using an ATM in town with your credit card.
US Dollars are accepted at all local businesses and in taxis, however at a less favorable exchange rate.
TAXI & CAR SERVICE
KIDS & CHILDCARE
Children are welcome at Playa Fiesta. If babysitting is needed while visiting the hotel, please contact us and we can connect you to our recommended service.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
For payment at checkout we accept MasterCard, Visa, Mexican Pesos or US Dollars. American Express & Discover credit cards and personal checks are not accepted.
LAUNDRY
The front desk can send your laundry out to be cleaned for an additional cost. Dropping it off by 12pm will have it back by 12pm the next day. We don't recommend dry-cleaning while in town because it might not arrive back in time.
PETS
We apologize but we do not accept pets on premises during our wedding weeks or group weeks.
